1. About the App

Purpura Elf (紫癜精灵) is a health management companion designed specifically for patients living with anaphylactoid purpura and IgA Nephropathy (IgAN).

The app helps you:

2. Getting Started

Creating an Account

  1. Open the app and tap Register
  2. Enter a username (4–20 alphanumeric characters)
  3. Enter your phone number and tap Get Verification Code
  4. Enter the SMS code you received
  5. Set a password (minimum 8 characters)
  6. Tap Register to complete

Setting Up Your Profile

After registering, go to Me → Edit Profile to fill in:

3.1 Daily Log

The Daily page is the core of the app. It supports three types of records:

Health Metrics

Log your physical condition each day, including symptoms, temperature, urine protein, and more.

Diet Records

Log your meals with optional photos.

Medical Case Records

Document each hospital visit, including:

Search & Filter: Use the search bar at the top of the Daily page to filter records by date range or keyword.

3.2 Medication Reminders

Adding a Reminder

  1. Tap Reminders in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Enter the medication name, time, and frequency
  4. Save — the app will notify you at the scheduled time

Check-in Streaks

Each daily check-in contributes to your consecutive streak. Milestone streaks trigger a celebration animation.

Enabling notifications: Go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → Purpura Elf and make sure notifications are allowed, otherwise reminders will not be delivered.

3.3 Community Square

The Square is a peer support space for patients to share experiences.

Posting

  1. Tap Square in the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap the Share your thoughts input box
  3. Write your post and optionally add images
  4. Select relevant tags (e.g. #taking-meds, #nephritis, #hormones)
  5. Check Post Anonymously to hide your username
  6. Tap Post

Community Guidelines

Blocking Users

To block a user, open one of their posts and select Block this user. Their content will no longer appear in your feed. Manage your block list at Me → Settings → Blocked Users.

3.4 Calendar View

Tap the calendar icon on the Daily page to switch to Calendar View:

3.5 AI Health Assistant

The AI assistant is powered by a large language model and can answer anaphylactoid purpura/IgAN-related health knowledge questions.

How to use: Tap the AI entry point on the Daily page, type your question. Choose Thinking Mode for deeper responses, or Data Analysis Mode to analyze your records from the past 3 months.

Changing Your Password

Go to Me → Edit Profile to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can log in using your phone number verification code, then update your password in Edit Profile.

Editing Your Profile

Go to Me → Edit Profile to update your nickname, gender, age, region, occupation, and medical information.

Deleting Your Account

Go to Me → Settings → Delete Account.

Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes all health records, posts, and personal data. This action cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'm not receiving the SMS verification code. What should I do?
A: Double-check that your phone number is entered correctly and check your SMS spam/blocked folder. You can resend after 60 seconds. If the issue persists, please contact us.

Q: My reminder notifications aren't showing up.
A: Please check the following:
① Notification permission has been granted to Purpura Elf in your phone's system settings
② Your phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode
③ (iOS) Go to Settings → Notifications → Purpura Elf and confirm notifications are enabled
④ Try toggling the check-in reminder off and back on in the app's Settings

Q: Image upload is failing.
A: Please check:
① Camera and photo library permissions are granted to Purpura Elf
② Your network connection is active
③ The image file is under 10 MB

Q: I forgot my password.
A: You can log in using your phone number verification code, then go to Me → Edit Profile to set a new password.

Q: Is my data backed up automatically?
A: Yes. Your data is synced to our servers in real time. Simply log in on a new device to restore all your records.

Q: How do I turn off the streak celebration animation?
A: Go to Me → Settings and disable the Streak Celebration Animation toggle.

1. 应用简介

紫癜精灵是一款专为过敏性紫癜(HSP)及 IgA 肾病(IgAN)患者设计的健康管理伴侣。

本应用帮助患者:

2. 快速上手

注册账号

  1. 打开应用,点击注册
  2. 输入用户名(4–20 位字母或数字)
  3. 输入手机号,点击获取验证码
  4. 填写收到的短信验证码
  5. 设置登录密码(8 位以上)
  6. 点击注册完成创建

完善个人资料

注册后建议前往我的 → 编辑资料,填写:

3.1 日常记录

日常页面是应用的核心,支持三类记录:

健康指标

记录当日的身体状况,包括症状、体温、尿蛋白等选项。

饮食记录

记录每餐饮食内容,可添加餐食照片。

就诊记录

记录每次医院就诊情况,包括:

搜索与筛选:在日常页面顶部可按日期范围或关键词检索历史记录。

3.2 用药提醒

添加提醒

  1. 点击底部导航提醒
  2. 点击 + 按钮
  3. 填写药品名称、提醒时间及频率
  4. 保存后系统将在指定时间发送通知

打卡连胜

每日完成打卡后,应用会记录连续打卡天数(连胜)。达到里程碑天数时会显示庆祝动画。

开启/关闭通知权限:前往手机设置 → 通知 → 紫癜精灵,确认通知权限已开启,否则提醒将无法送达。

3.3 广场社区

广场是患者互助交流的社区空间。

发帖

  1. 点击底部导航广场
  2. 点击分享想法输入框
  3. 编写内容,可选择添加图片
  4. 选择相关标签(如 #吃药、#肾炎、#激素 等)
  5. 可勾选匿名发布以保护隐私
  6. 点击发布

社区规范

屏蔽用户

如需屏蔽某位用户,进入其帖子详情,选择屏蔽此用户。被屏蔽用户的内容将不再显示。管理屏蔽列表:我的 → 设置 → 已屏蔽用户

3.4 日历视图

日常页面点击日历图标,可切换至日历视图:

AI 助手基于大语言模型,可回答紫癜相关的健康知识问题。

使用方式:点击日常页面中的 AI 入口,输入您的问题,可以选择思考模式来获取更佳答复,选择数据分析模式来分析 3 个月以来的记录。

修改密码

前往我的 → 编辑资料即可修改密码。如果忘记了密码,可以使用手机号验证码登录,然后在编辑资料中重新设置密码。

编辑个人资料

前往我的 → 编辑资料,可修改昵称、性别、年龄、地区、职业及医疗信息。

注销账号

前往我的 → 设置 → 注销账号

警告:账号注销后,所有健康记录、帖子及个人数据将永久删除且无法恢复,请谨慎操作。

数据隐私

5. 常见问题(FAQ)

Q:收不到短信验证码怎么办?
A:请确认手机号码输入正确,并检查是否被拦截(查看手机短信拦截文件夹)。60 秒后可重新发送。如多次未收到,请联系我们。

Q:提醒通知没有弹出?
A:请检查以下几点:
① 手机系统通知权限是否已授予紫癜精灵
② 手机是否处于勿扰模式
③ iOS 用户请确认已允许应用发送通知(设置 → 通知)
④ 尝试在应用设置中关闭再重新开启打卡提醒

Q:上传图片失败?
A:请确认以下几点:
① 应用已获得相机和相册访问权限
② 当前网络连接正常
③ 图片文件不超过 10MB

Q:忘记登录密码?
A:可以使用手机号验证码登录,登录后前往我的 → 编辑资料重新设置密码。

Q:应用数据会自动备份吗?
A:您的数据实时同步至服务器,更换设备后重新登录即可恢复所有记录。

Q:如何彻底关闭庆祝动画?
A:前往我的 → 设置,关闭连胜庆祝动画开关。
